THR (Tunjangan Hari Raya) is a mandatory holiday bonus under Indonesian labor law (Permenaker No. 6 Tahun 2016). Workers employed for 12 months or more receive one full month's salary. Those with 1–11 months receive a prorated amount: (months worked ÷ 12) × monthly salary. THR must be paid at least 7 days before the religious holiday.

What is THR?
